Management Team
C. Craig Smith, Jr.
President and Executive Director
Mr. Smith has degrees from Harvard University (B.A.), Oxford (M.A.), and from the Law Schools at the University of Pennsylvania (J.D.), and Temple (L.L.M.). From 1969 until 1971, Mr. Smith practised law at Duanne Morris & Hecksher. From 1968 to 2005 he was the President of the Southwark Companies, a group of real estate, development, and construction companies that were responsible, from the early 1970’s through the 1980’s in the renewal of Queen Village, building and rehabilitating over 300 housing units.
Mr. Smith was appointed by City Controller Joe Vignola to the Philadelphia Housing Authority, serving for eight years. Mr. Smith was chairman of the Development Committee, which began redevelopment of such large public housing sites as Richard Allen and Southwark.
Mr. Smith joined the Board of Friends Rehabilitation Program in 80s and has been President of the Board during much of that time. In August of 2005, Mr. Smith became Executive Director of FRP. He is active in a number of Quaker organizations.
Jena Nottingham
Director of Social Services
Ms. Nottingham is responsible for all social services at FRP. During her career, Ms. Nottingham has led several non-profit agencies, including Philadelphia Regional Community Services. She holds a B.A. from Southern Illinois University.
Peter Moor
Director of Maintenance
With over thirty years of community development experience, Mr. Moor oversees day-to-day operations of FRP’s facilities. Mr. Moor is the past President of the Board of Diversified Community Services and former Associate Director of United Communities in South East Philadelphia. He is a graduate of Oberlin College and has an M.S.S. from Bryn Mawr.
William Daly
Comptroller
A Certified Public Account and Wharton School graduate, Mr. Daly has managed FRP’s financial reporting and bookkeeping since 2005. Mr. Daly is a member of Middletown Meeting in Langhorne. He is clerk of the Burlington Conference.
Mary Swan-Holmes
Assistant Director of Social Services
Ms. Swan-Holmes has over twenty years experience in the field of social services and is a member of the Board of Reconstruction Incorporated, a nonprofit helping ex-offenders transition into the community. Ms. Swan-Holmes studied at the Community College of Philadelphia and Temple University.
Andrew Anderson
Senior Property Manager
Mr. Anderson manages Guild House West I & II. Mr. Anderson serves on the Board of the Friends Neighborhood Guild, is Clerk of the Friends Hospice Project and is Clerk of the Arch Street Monthly Meeting. He is the former Clerk of PYM’s Interim Meeting. He holds a B.A. from Goddard College.
Timothy Cooper
Senior Property Manager
Mr. Cooper is responsible for several FRP properties including Sarah Allen Senior Housing. Mr. Cooper has 25 years of experience in the not-for-profit housing sector. He has an M.B.A. from West Chester University and a B.S. in accounting from Elizabeth City State University.
Anne Dicker
Assistant to the President
Ms. Dicker is responsible for marketing and real estate development. A long-time community advocate, Ms. Dicker recently was a candidate for State Senate. She holds a B.A. in economics from Middlebury College.
