The Friends Rehabilitation Program is dedicated to managing affordable housing for seniors, people experiencing homelessness, individuals with disabilities, and those living with HIV and AIDS. Our portfolio includes 343 low-income units — 183 reserved for seniors and 160 for adults and families. In addition, we oversee housing contracts for returning citizens. Our work spans the Belmont, West Poplar, Strawberry Mansion, and Cobbs Creek neighborhoods. Together with local partners, FRP develops quality, energy-efficient homes for low- and middle-income first-time buyers.
