As social and environmental conditions shift, FRP believes that opening the door to homeownership for low and moderate-income people is essential to steadying neighborhoods and strengthening local economies.
Our work focuses on expanding homeownership opportunities for marginalized and disenfranchised groups, including but not limited to:
- Mothers who have experienced homelessness
- Adults with low and moderate incomes
- Returning citizens reentering the community
